PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

If you are our customer, webinar participant, email subscriber or you are "just" a visitor to this site, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for their protection and security. Therefore, read how we protect them and what rights you have in relation to the GDPR (Personal Data Protection Regulation). If anything is not clear to you, do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Who is the administrator?

 

Veronika Soukupová, ID number 03787389, with its registered office at U Zeměpisného ústavu 505/1, Prague 6, 160 00, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague under file number S UMCP1 020637/2015, which operates the websites www.s-cope.cz , www.lilearning .net . We process your personal data as an administrator, ie we determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long, and we select any other processors who will assist us with the processing.

We declare

 

We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and therefore that:

  • we will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, performance of the contract, legal obligation or consent granted,

  • we fulfill the information obligation according to Article 13 of the GDPR even before the processing of personal data begins,

  • we will enable and support you in exercising and exercising your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

 

Scope of personal data and processing purposes

 

We process personal data that you entrust to us yourself, for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

  • Provision of services and performance of the contract
    your personal data in the range: invoicing data, e-mail, telephone, or correspondence address we need to fulfill the contract (eg sending access to the member section of the online course, sending information about the time and place of the live course, providing consulting services, etc.) .

  • Bookkeeping
    If you are a customer, we urgently need your personal data (invoicing data) in order to comply with the legal obligations for the issuance and registration of tax documents.

  • Direct marketing through e-mail
    We use your personal data (e-mail and name), gender, what pages you visit on our website and what you click on in the e-mail, and when you most often open e-mails for the purpose of direct marketing - sending and displaying business messages. If you order one of our webinars, PDF files (implementation manuals, etc.) we perceive a legitimate interest in sending you information and news with similar topics and know-how. We will do this for a maximum of 5 years from registration.

 

If you purchase one of our products or services, then as a valued customer we will send you information and news with similar topics and know-how based on the legitimate interest of the administrator for a period of 5 years.

In both cases, you can unsubscribe from receiving information and news at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button in the footer of each of our e-mails.

 

Photos and video recordings of courses


At some of our live events - workshops, trainings, seminars, ujeme we take photographic documentation or video recording. We use photos in promotional materials, especially on the web. The video recording is used by the participants of the online course to watch. You will never find the names of the participants in these materials, only if it is a reference and with the consent. If you do not want to be on the records, let us know in our contact details before the live event.

We retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period for their retention or we have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

 

Cookies

 

When browsing our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page and from which page you come. We perceive the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of websites as our legitimate interest of the administrator, as we believe that thanks to this we can offer you even better services.

Advertising targeting cookies will only be processed with your consent.

Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer in your internet browser.

 

Security and protection of personal data

 

We protect personal data as much as possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have taken and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.

 

Transfer of personal data to third parties

 

Our personal data is accessible to our employees and co-workers, who are bound by confidentiality and trained in the security of personal data processing.

We handle most processing operations ourselves and do not need 3rd parties.

To ensure some specific processing operations, which we are unable to provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in the given processing and are in accordance with the GDPR.

 

These are the following providers:

  • operator of applications for communication, web and invoicing

  • operator of an application for e-mail communication and customer support

  • Facebook, Google,

  • providers of accounting and tax advice,

  • IT service and hosting providers, including cloud storage,

  • customer support assistance service providers,

  • payment gateway providers (payment card providers),

  • legal service providers, lawyers,

  • providers of printing and postal services,

  • partners cooperating with us in special events for clients

It is possible that in the future we will decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve processing.

 

Data transfer outside the European Union

 

We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on the decision of the European Commission.

 

Your rights regarding personal data protection

You have the right to information that is already filled in this information page with the principles of personal data processing.

Thanks to the right of access, you can call us at any time and we will prove to you within 30 days what your personal data is being processed and why.

If something changes for you or you find your personal data out of date or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.

You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, that you believe that we are processing illegally, but that you do not want to delete all data, or if you object to the processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or the purposes of processing. (For example, by unsubscribing from a newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing to sending business messages.)

 

Right to portability


If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access - with the only difference that we will provide you with the information in machine-readable form. We need at least 30 days here.

 

Right to delete (be forgotten)


Your next right is the right to delete (be forgotten). In this case, we will delete all your personal data from the system as well as from the system of all sub-processors and backups. We need 30 days to secure the right to delete.

In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and for example, we must register the issued tax documents for the period specified by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that is not bound by another law. We will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.

 

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection


If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact your Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. We would be very happy if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes.

Unsubscribe from sending newsletters and business messages
We send you inspiration emails, articles or products and services based on our legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in each email.

 

Secrecy

 

We would like to assure you that our employees and co-workers who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. At the same time, this confidentiality continues even after the end of our contractual relations with us. Your personal data will not be passed on to any other third party without your consent.
